We suggest to steep your Teami Chai for 1-5 minutes in hot water and remove the teami bag from your mug or Teami Tumbler. However, it is totally fine to leave it steeping longer! It is up to you and how strong you want your Teami Chai flavors to be!

Earlier this year we signed up to receive Teami's Chai Tea every three months. This was going well until it wasn't. With our last order which was paid for prior to delivery, due to unknown mailing obstacles our product was never received. Upon several email inquiries and ultimately a request for a refund, was informed that Teami policy did not allow for this and was instructed to review Teami's guidelines. Frankly, even if a refund couldn't be given I would have at least expected some type of discount for this unfortunate situation, but none was provided as well. With this review it is my hope that Teami reviews its current policy and at the very least discusses this situation with the group they entrust to deliver their product. In the meantime we have suspended our 3-month continuous delivery program as we do not want to chance once again paying for something we might never receive.
