Our Raw Energy balls made with Matcha powder take only 10 quick minutes to make and do not make you crash in the middle of the day. Directions
1. Place cashew, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds and cacao powder in a food processor and process until chopped.
2. Add dates, peanut butter and coconut oil to the mix. Process to incorporate all the ingredients.
3. Transfer mixture into a large bowl.
4. Using your hands, shape mixture into balls.
5. Roll in coconut flakes and Matchami powder, store in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
