Healthy Matcha Granola Recipe
Snack with no regrets with our delicious Matcha Mi Granola! We all need a mid-day pick me up, especially when we need energy! Make this healthy and nutritious snack packed with protein and good omegas at home! It's as easy as mixing the ingredients and placing them in the oven! Directions
1. Preheat oven to 250 F
2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts and seeds
3. In a separate bowl, combine coconut oil, honey, vanilla and salt. Pour this over oat mixture and toss to coat. Spread mixture out onto two baking sheets and bake between 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes
4. Remove from oven and scrape mixture into large bowl
5. Let the granola cool for a few minutes then sprinkle 2 teaspoons of the Teami Matcha over and toss it to mix
6. Add dried cranberries and toss again to mix
7. Keep in an airtight container
8. Enjoy this perfect and energy boosting snack!
