Egg White Omelet with Crispy Broiled Asparagus Recipe

Crispy asparagus
Preheat oven to broil and put asparagus on a baking sheet so they lay flat side by side. Lightly sprinkle olive oil onto asparagus and roll the asparagus on the baking sheet until evenly coated with oil. Put in over for roughly 10 minutes or until exterior is lightly burned and wrinkled. Remove from over and let cool.
Egg white omelet
Heat small pan or skillet on stove over medium heat and add a small pat of butter to pan so eggs won't stick. Wisk egg whites in a bowl until blended and fluffy. Add salt, pepper, tomatoes and spinach and into and once butter is melted pour into hot pan. Cover with a lid and let sit until eggs are cooked throughout. They should be solid yet spongy to the touch.
