Vegan Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Bananas Coconut milk (soy / almond can be substituted) Vanilla extract

Cut 2 bananas into quarters and place in a ziplock bag and freeze until solid.
Put bananas into blender and add 1/2 cup of coconut milk (sub almond or soy milk)
Add just a drop of vanilla extract
Blend until smooth and serve immediately
