Directions
- Mix the salmon, parsley, tomato, and yogurt
- Create little balls out of the mixture
- Place lettuce on your crackers
- Place your salmon ball on top of the cracker and lettuce
- Decorate the top of the salmon ball with the cherry tomato cut in half
