Matcha Scramble Recipe
Our own healthy version of "Green Eggs and Ham", excluding the ham of course! We wanted to be able to make a healthy breakfast that included our metabolism-boosting Matcha powder, but was also filling enough to keep you satisfied for 3-4 hours! Our Matcha Scramble is one of our favorite breakfast dishes, and we believe it will be yours too ;)

Matcha Scramble
Directions
- Thinly slice 2 green onions and mushrooms
- In a medium bowl, crack eggs, add the sifted Matcha powder and whisk them together until well-beaten
- Stir in ¼ teaspoon salt and fresh ground pepper
- In a skillet, heat the butter or coconut oil over medium heat
- Add the green onion and mushrooms, sautee for about 1 minute to soften slightly
- Pour in the eggs and scrape occasionally until the eggs form soft folds, and remove them from the heat just before they are fully hardened
- Slice up a few oranges and toasted bread. Plate
crambled eggs and garnish them with grated lime skin and our sifted Matcha powder
