This tea is a must for keeping yourself regular. I don’t love the flavor but in all fairness I drink it plain but I have been drinking it for years .

My BFF recommended for my constipation issue. I ordered and tried my first tea bag at about 8:00PM. I was up at approx 2:00am with a very large bowel movement. The next morning at approx 9:00am I had two rounds of diaherrah and some stomach cramping,
Without much warning. I am an extremely constipated person. I might go 2-3 days without pooping. So this stuff works!!! My only suggestion is to pick a time when you don’t have anything going on to try this stuff. Everybody is different but until you know how your body is going to react, I would suggest trying the tea when you have nothing pressing going on. Will buy again! It will clean you out!
